The work is structurally sound. There is some minor wear and rubbing to the extreme edges and corners in places. There is rubbing on the top of the lower horizontal element. There is some soft surface dirt and staining in places. There are a handling marks in places. There are some surface irregularities in places, coherent with the nature of the material used. It is our opinion that the work is in very good condition.
