The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. The canvas is slack to the stretcher. There are canvas draws in the lower left corner. There is minor rubbing to the extreme edges and corners, with some associated minor paint losses to the lower left corner. There is some soft staining in places. There are craquelures in the lower white area, some flaking, slightly tenting, with some associated paint losses to the thicker white areas. Examination under ultraviolet light shows no indication of inpainting.
