The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides and back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Pinpoint holes and pinpoint poked bubbles on paint surface scatter predominantly on the sides and occasionally on paint surface, which are presumably a vestige of the artist's studio practice. Slightly abraded sides and corners with minor accretions and dirt. Very slightly dusty surface. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching shows.
