It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The canvas is clean and taut. The colour is delicate and vibrant. Light layer of surface dust. Minor wear and rubbing to corner-tips and infrequently to turning edges. Pinpoint spot of loss to lower right turning edge in pink passage. Minor rubbing infrequently to impasto tips. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching shows.
