The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected within its frame, the reverse thus could not be checked. The work is slightly undulated due to its mounting status. Soft negligible creases are occasional to the extreme edges of the work, visible only under raking light. Tiny faint stains on the upper right corner, visible only upon very close inspection. The work was not inspected under ultraviolet light.
