The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work is structurally sound and stable. The surface is occasionally interspersed with some very faint rubbing marks and whitish accretion, visible only under raking light and mainly to the lower part of the work. A tiny spot of surface loss to the red part of the sculpture at the back. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent inpainting shows.
