The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places to the underlying support. The sheet undulates throughout. There is minor rubbing to all four corners of the frame, with associated pinpoint paint loss to the lower extreme corners. There is some spots of soft rubbing to the lower horizontal extreme edge and the right vertical extreme edge of the frame presumably due to previous handling. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
