The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There is a superficial layer of dust in places. There are soft hairline abrasions to the lower horizontal edge, the largest of which measures approximately 2.5 inch. There is some minor rubbing to the extreme edges. There is a minute loss to the lower right horizontal edge measuring approximately 1cm. in length. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
