The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In fairly good country house condition overall.
With the inevitable knocks, marks, losses, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
As stated with replacements to the red leather overall, particularly to the sides, front and back of the seat edge.
The leather overall distressed, particularly to the seat, which is worn, and with tears overall.
The seat cracked and with tears and losses - one around 1 x 2 in. segment, and one larger piece has been reattached. One tear to the back right edge of seat would benefit from restoration.
The back section of chair with slightly loose joints to construction and would benefit from some minor restoraton and securing.
The two front legs with spliced repairs.
The original castors running well.
The undercloth stained and would benefit from replacing.
Structurally secure and ready to use.
