This watercolor & gouache is in good condition overall. The work was executed directly on a prepared Whatman illustration board and it does not present tears, paper losses, or planar distortions. Visually, the paper layer is mildly oxidized from contact with acidic material and a natural process of aging due to light exposure. What appears to be disturbances in the area of blue pigment are most likely original to the execution. Otherwise, mild fading is observed in the areas of yellow pigment.
