This watercolor & gouache on paper is in good condition overall. The paper does not present paper losses. Exposure to humidity over time has caused mild planar distortions throughout. There is a 1 1/2" long tear at the top edge, 6 1/2" in from the right edge. One strip of masking tape along the verso top edge is adhering the paper to the top mat. Visually, the paper is mildly oxidized from contact with acidic material and a natural process of aging due to light exposure. Two round soiling spots are present in the upper left quadrant. Otherwise, the media appears to be well preserved.
