The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work is in beautiful condition. The panel is flat. The surface is even, except in one small area in the sky above the trees near the upper center. This area has attracted a small amount of retouching. The only other retouches are around the extreme edges. It does seem that the work would respond to cleaning, and the restoration to the area in the upper center sky could be improved. The work could also be hung as is.
