There appear to be a few light spots of foxing scattered mostly in the snow in the foreground. No apparent tears, repairs or paper losses.
Study for 'Snowstorm, Danbury, Connecticut': The pencil on paper is affixed to its mat support with multiple pieces of tape along each reverse edge. The paper is slightly buckled. The upper and lower right corners appear to be repaired. There appears to be a small L-shaped repaired tear along the left upper edge and folds in the paper along the upper and lower edges and in the upper right background. Three artist's pinholes along the center upper edge. The paper appears toned and there is mat burn along each edge. Scattered small spots of surface soiling.
