This gouache on board is in good condition overall. The work was executed directly on a thin acidic artist board which has oxidized and weakened from a natural process of aging due to light exposure. The board does not present tears or planar distortions. The verso of the board has three hinge remnants along the verso top edge. At the upper right corner is a blended paper insert 3/4" x 3/4". At the upper left corner is an original artist pinhole. Otherwise, visually the gouache media appears to be well preserved.
