Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.
Overall with some sun fading. The pink silk ground with some minor areas of pulling and rubbing. The brocaded threads with areas of pulling and rubbing as expected with age. The metallic areas with losses to the metallic wrapping, revealing the base threads beneath. Lacking some tassels.
