The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall fair condition. Each tree with a distressed finish and areas of rubbing, chipping and wear to the paint. Some leaves reattached and others unattached, but present. One of metal and later reinforced at the base (the Maison Jansen tree); the other carved wood around a metal core (the Frederick P. Victoria tree).
