We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The jar:
- There is a large firing crack inside the jar.
- There is a small shallow glaze chip to the mouth rim and general age-related surface wear.


The dish:
- There are two large restuck chips, both associated with additional cracks on the dish's rim.
- There is general wear with minor nicks to the mouth and the foot rim.
- There are several nicks to the mouth rim, one of them associated with a hairline crack.
- There is slight general age-related wear as can be expected.
