The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

Chen Zhenshou fan:
- Except for some small tears, the fan is in overall good condition.

Xu Wenxiong fan:
- There are some small damages to the top mounting.
- A small section is partially detached to both ends.
Otherwise, the fan is in overall good condition with some sloght age-related wear as can be expected.
