We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is an approx. 12 cm. long Y-shaped hairline crack to the base.
- There are some scattered small losses to the enamels and the iron-red decoration.
- There are some small areas of abrasions.
- There is a 1 cm. frit to the mouth rim.
- There is some wear to the enamels.
The scroll jar with general age-related surface wear, scratches and minute firing faults as can be expected.
