The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
One phoenix:
- The end of the head crest is broken and restored.
- There is a small chip to the wing.
The other phoenix:
- There is a small chip under the wing.
Both phoenix:
- There are some enamel flakes.
- There are some enamel faults.
- General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
