We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The foot rim shows some old chips, nicks, and deep firing cracks.
A network of crackles is visible in the glaze, consistent with the manufacturing technique, with possible associated hairline cracks and additional crackles near the mouth rim and on the body.
Otherwise, the vase is in overall good condition, with minor firing flaws and minute glaze losses.
Age-related wear and surface scratches are present.
