The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The larger:
-some large areas of chipping to the one side on the collar, and some other small chips to the extremities, most of which have been polished
-there is a patch of irregularity to corner of one side and some fine veins or fissures in the stone
-the tops of the corners are darker and rougher than the other surfaces

The smaller:
-there are some chips to the extremities, particularly to the collars
-there is a fine or vein near one corner
