The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is one forked hairline and another hairline running across the interior of the cover.
- There are two restored chips to the rim of the cover, the largest measuring max. approx. 2 x 0.5 cm.
- There is a forked hairline crack running across the base over to the edges.
- There is a chip of circa 1 x 0.5 cm to the inner rim of the base.
- There is a loss to the side of circa 1.2 x 0.2 cm.
- There are some small retouchings.
