Details
The Goddess of Mercy is modelled seated on an elaborate rocky base and holding a pearl in her left hand. She wears a bead necklace, loose robes falling in crisp folds, and a cowl over the hair which is drawn up into a topknot behind a foliate tiara. The figure is covered in a creamy glaze pooling to a bluish tone.
