The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a hairline star crack to the base measuring max. approx. 9 x 10 cm.
- There are some chips to the foot-rim as may be expected.
- The glaze is crackled and there are surface scratches to the body and neck of the vase.
- The mouth rim of the vase is not examined due to the metal mounting.
