The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a star crack to the lower part of the body measuring 3 x 2 cm.
- There are some small nicks to the spout.
- There is a small split just below the handle measuring max. approx. 1.5 cm.
- There are some surface scratches, dents and rubbing.
- There are a few hairline cracks to the cover.
- The finial is reglued.
