KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
- One has a hairline rim crack measuring max. approx. 2 cm. long.
- One has a hairline crack to the base measuring max. approx. 6 cm long and a small hairline rim crack measuring max. approx. 2 cm long.
- One has two restored areas to the rim, of max. approx. 13 x 5 cm and 10 x 5 cm and a hairline rim crack measuring max. approx. 5 cm long.
- All plates have some minor nicks and small chips to the rims and foot rims.
- There is some minor general surface wear, rubbing to the gilt and fading of the enamels.
