The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The white jade pebble:
- There are small chips to the rim.
- The stone has small grey speckled inclusions.
- The piece is 7 cm. high.

The white glass bottle with no foot ring:
- The piece appears to be in overall good condition.
- There are a few small bubbles and inclusions.
- The piece is 4.2 cm. high.

The rounded rock crystal 'lotus' bottle:
- There are small chips to the rim.
- There surface of one leaf has been polished.
- There is a bruise or a natural flaw to one seaweed (approx. 1 cm.)
- There are natural inclusions and variations in the texture of the stone.
- The piece is 6 cm. high.

The amber snuff bottle:
- There are cracks by the foot.
- There are small chips to the rim and foot.
- There are natural veins to the stone.
- The piece is 6 cm. high, with a stopper.

The moss-coloured inclusions bottle:
- There are two areas of infill to the mouth rim (approx. 1.2 cm.)
- There are natural flaws and inclusions to the stone.
- The piece is 5.2 cm. high.

The white glass bottle with a footring:
- The piece appears to be in overall good condition.
- The piece is 4.8 cm. high, with a stopper.

The rock crystal lotus baluster form bottle:
- There are tiny chips to the extremities.
- There are natural inclusions to the stone.
- The piece is 5.5 cm. high, with a stopper.

The largest rock crystal bottle:
- There is a bruise to the rim (approx. 1.2 cm.)
- There are tiny chips.
- The bottle is 7.4 cm. high, with a stopper.

The famille rose magpie and prunus bottle:
- There is a small chip to the foot (approx. 0.3 cm.)
- There is wear to the enamels.
- The bottle is 5.7 cm. high.

The famille rose conjoined bottle with warriors:
- There are tiny chips and bruises to the foot.
- There is surface wear, particularly to the mouth rim.
- The bottle is 4.5 cm. high.

The iron-red conjoined bottle:
- There are tiny chips to the foot.
- There are fine glaze crackles to the exterior.
- There is wear to the enamels and gilding.
- The bottle is 6.2 cm. high, with stoppers.

The famille rose 'six horses' bottle:
- There is a bruise to the foot (approx. 0.6 cm.) and a few tiny further chips.
- There is wear to the enamels and surface wear to the rim.
- The bottle is 6 cm. high.

The famille rose conjoined 'boys' bottle:
- There is wear to the enamels, and some enamels are overfired.
- The bottle is 5 cm. high, with two metal stoppers.

The iron-red decorated 'Zhong Kui' bottle:
- The piece appears to be in overall good condition apart from surface wear.
- The bottle is 6.2 cm. high.

The yixing bottle:
- There are tiny chips and surface wear.
- The bottle is 5.7 cm. high.

The blue and white cylindrical bottle:
- There are small chips to the foot and frits to the rim.
- There is surface wear.
- The bottle is 5.6 cm. high.

The painted enamel double gourd bottle:
- There is verdigris to the foot rim, and associated staining to the lower section.
- There is fine crackling to the enamels on the base.
- A section of the bottle possibly restored or worn.
- There is a very fine crackle to the glaze from the rim.
- The bottle is 6 cm. high.
