We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The screen is in overall good condition
- Expected slight fading overall
- Minor expected areas of wear and losses to the threads, particularly on the borders
- A few minor and unobtrusive stains
- The panels were likely later mounted into the screen and have a later backing. There are some unobtrusive vertical folds visible under the gauze which are likely a result of the mounting
- The frame has some minor dents and nicks
