L'œuvre est sur sa toile d'origine. Quelques petits points de piqûre, fils lâches, traces de pliure, et quelques très taches plus sombres sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Les irrégularités du tissu sont inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. A few small pinpoint foxing, loose threads, folding marks and a few very slight darker marks are visible in places to the surface. The irregularities of the cloth are inherent to the artist's working method. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
