The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Quelques très légères traces de frottement sont visibles par endroits le long des bords, pour certaines accompagnées de très petits manques de matière. Des points d’accrétion ainsi que de très fines rayures sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint visible. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général.

This work is sold unframed. The surface is slightly dusty. Some slight rubbing is visible in places along the edges, in some cases accompanied by very small losses. Accretion points are visible in places to the surface as well as very thin scratches. Examined under UV light: no apparent inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
