拍品的状况可能存在极大差异，而由于其性质使然，拍品难以处于完美无瑕的状态。拍品均以拍卖时的状况出售。

Watercolour, ink and pencil on paper laid down on board (the laying down process most likely made before the time of execution as visible from the traces of watercolour on the board along the right edge). The reverse of the board is attached to the mount at the four corners. The right and left edges are very slightly uneven. A small diagonal tear (approx. 1.5 cm. long) at the upper right corner. Some very pale light-staining with a few associated spots of foxing in places (the most visible towards the upper right corner). Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.

Aquarelle, encre et graphite sur papier marouflé sur carton (le processus de marouflage probablement réalisé avant l’époque d’exécution comme en témoignent les traces d’aquarelle sur le carton le long du bord droit). Le revers du carton est attaché sur un support aux quatre coins. Les bords droit et gauche sont très légèrement irréguliers. Une petite déchirure diagonale (approx. 1.5 cm. de long) au coin supérieur droit. Très légère insolation de la feuille associée à de rares piqûres par endroits (les plus visibles vers le coin supérieur droit). Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparaît en très bonne condition générale.
