Art Impressionniste & Moderne - Vente en ligne

Paris
Closed
Sale Total EUR 2,207,268

15–27 MAY 2025

Sale Overview

The online auction dedicated to Impressionist and Modern Art presents iconic works by the greatest names of this period, including post-Impressionist artists such as Paul Signac, Henry Moret and Louis Valtat, as well as more modern artists like André Lhote, Henri Laurens, and of course, Pablo Picasso.

One of the highlights of this sale is an exceptional Rhythme coloré by Sonia Delaunay, estimated between €70,000 and €100,000 — a true explosion of colours and modernity.

Alongside these major figures, works by artists from the Belgian and Dutch schools will also be highlighted, including Jan Sluijters, Georges Lemmen and Théo Van Rysselberghe. Not often offered on the market, artistic quality and sensitivity of these works will undoubtedly catch the eye of discerning collectors.

Finally, continuing the celebration of the centenary of Surrealism, this sale will also spotlight Surrealist artists who are perhaps overlooked, such as Pierre Molinier and Georges Malkine, the only painter mentioned in the famous 1924 Surrealist Manifesto.

With a wide stylistic diversity and reasonable estimates, this auction aims to attract a new audience, particularly young collectors who are curious and enthusiastic. It presents a great opportunity to start building a collection or to enrich it, combining works by key artists with unique discoveries.
