The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Painted, incised and partially glazed ceramic plate. Some pale surface dirt. A few stable craquelures in the white pigments, inherent to the firing process. Some soft lines of surface abrasion, mainly in the black unglazed background. A very few minute chips towards the right edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
Assiette en céramique peinte, incisée et partiellement émaillée. Légère salissure de surface. De rares craquelures stables dans les pigments blanc, inhérentes au processus de cuisson. Quelques légères lignes d’abrasion de surface, principalement dans le fond noir non émaillé. De très rares et minuscules éclats vers le bord droit. Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
