2) The Brilliant General (Meisho), Takeda Harunobu Nyudo Shingen, from the series One Hundred Brave Generals at the Battle of Kawanakajima (Kawanakajima hyaku yusho sen no uchi), censor’s seal Fu (Fukatsu Ihei), published by Shimizuya Naojiro, circa 1845

3) Chapter VII, Beneath the Autumn Leaves (Momoji no ga), from the series Heroic Comparisons for the Tale of Genji (Buyu nazorae Genji), censor’s seal Mera (Mera Ta’ichiro), published by Ibaya Senzaburo (Dansendo), circa 1844
