The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Lady:
- The left hand has been restored
- Some expected surface wear and flaking to the enamels and rubbing to the gilding, especially to the vase
Pair:
- Both female figures with restoration to the heads, fingertips and to the sides of the heads of the male companions, one male figure with his foot broken and restuck
- A scratch to the back of one female figure (approx 1 in.)
- Some small loses to the flowers and the hair pins
- Expected rubbing, flaking and surface wear to the enamel
