The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The lotus washer:
- a small area of restoration to the mouth rim
The bamboo handle cup:
- A chip to the lower part of the handle
The octagonal cup:
- appears to be in overall good condition
- with a few nicks to the raised decoration of the handles
The table screen:
- a few chips to the foot
- one major chip below the luohan
- with some other minor nicks to the rims/ extremities and some firing flaws and cracks
The leaf-form box:
- with a Y-shaped hairline crack on the inside
- a few extremely minor nicks/irregularities to the rims as can be expected
The pair of cups:
- in good overall condition except for one extremely minor nick to one of the bases
- general surface wear and firing flaws
