The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- Both figures are in overall good condition
- Both have a few minor chips and nicks on the bases and the extremities, particularly to the toes of the paws, some of which have been covered in dark blue ink
- Both with expected light abrasion to the surface as well as firing irregularities like iron spots, burst glaze bubbles, and firing cracks, which are inherent to manufacture
