We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Carnelian agate:
- some light polishing to the mouth and foot rim
-a small flawed area to the lower body has been incorporated into the carved decoration
-otherwise in overall good condition
- no spoon
Cameo agate:
- a nick to the mouth rim
- a small bruise near the base
-some sort of residue, possibly glue, to the bottom of two peanuts and to the base of the bottle
- no spoon
Hardstone:
- appears to be in overall good condition
- no spoon
