The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its manufacture.
-A hairline approx. 3 cm extends from the mouth rim
- Some fritting and shallow chips to the mouth rim and the mouth rim has been lightly polished
- Some surface abrasion and scratches consistent with age and use
- A few very shallow, small chips and some light polishing to the foot rim, and a firing crack to the base
