The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are six missing stone inlays. There is a white, and slightly green, incrustation on the face and hair, and in the recessed areas. There is a green incrustation in the recessed areas in the front of the base. There are trace amounts of gilding on the back of the base. There are two minor losses on the back of the proper right thigh. The lower rim of the base is slightly misshapen. Nicks, scratches, and abrasions throughout.
