The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There is wear to the gilding on Buddha's chest, as pictured, and to a lesser extent, his proper right arm, proper left shoulder, the hands and the rims of the base. There is a small white accretion on the proper left eye. There is a dusty incrustation in the figure's lap. The proper left shoulder, arm and knee are slightly dented. There are minor nicks, scratches, abrasions, and pitting throughout.
