The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are a few losses to the figure including at the lower-most, front portion of the base, two diagonal areas at the backside of the base, and the ushnisha, which has been reattached. Cracks can be found running through the proper-left lower leg, horizontally across the base and through the center of the and base's proper-left side, through the middle of the proper-right hand, and vertically through the proper-left side of the figure's face. There is wear to the polychrome and cold gold throughout. The remains of a wax stamp are on the lower back of the figure.
