The work is structurally sound. The surface of the work is slightly dusty. On the back side of the work there are a few areas where the paint layer has cracked, with minute associated losses. There are a few accretions on the base of the work, below the left foot. There is a crack on the reverse of the work, mid-way down (approx. 7 cm.) There is some surface cracking on the legs of the work. When examined under ultraviolet light, no inpainting is apparent.
