The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is fully laid down onto an acidic card from which we would advise removal, and then hinged onto a non-acidic mount. There is some discolouration throughout and some surface abrasions visible in the sky. There is a small scratch to the beach in the foreground and some light scattered foxing. The medium is strong and the sheet reads well.
