The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Nel complesso in condizioni discrete. Strutturalmente stabile. Come visibile nell’immagine del catalogo, una delle porte scorrevoli è danneggiata: si è spaccata a circa 10 cm dall'estremità, lasciando il resto dell'anta incastrata sul lato destro. L'altra porta è molto rigida e difficile da chiudere, ma funzionante. L'interno di entrambe potrebbe essere stato adattato o modificato. Il lato sinistro delle porte di destra è stato sostituito da una striscia di impiallacciatura. Piccole lesioni, perdite, danni e zone sbiadite dell'impiallacciatura sono prevedibili data l'età e l'uso. I piani in marmo sono in buono stato, con lievi ammaccature sui bordi e leggeri graffi sulla superficie dovuti all'uso. Le guarnizioni sono abbastanza lucide, con lievi accumuli di polvere e sporco nelle fessure.

Overall in reasonable condition. Structurally stable. As visible in the catalogue illustration one of the tambour doors which slides across to conceal the interior is damaged: it has split approximately 10 cm. from the end, leaving the rest of the door trapped to the right side. The other door is very stiff and difficult to close but does function. The fitted interior to both possibly adapted or altered. The left side of the right doors with a replaced strip of veneer. Minor chips, losses, shrinkage and fading to the veneers as to be expected with age and use. The marble tops in good order with minor nicks to the edges and light scratches to the surface from use. The mounts secure and quite bright in tone, with minor build up of dust and dirt to the crevices.
