Fine association copy of an important Stravinsky score, from the collection of George Gershwin and later gifted by Ira Gershwin to composer and editor Dr. Albert Sirmay.

Large quarto. (Lightly toned.) Contemporary blue pebble-grain cloth, original wrappers bound in, fabric spine label lettered in red (extremities lightly rubbed); housed in a cloth chemise within black morocco-backed slipcase. Provenance: George Gershwin (1898-1937; ink inscription in the hand of:) – Ira Gershwin (1896-1983; presentation inscription on endpaper to:) – Dr. Albert Sirmay (1880-1967).
