First edition, signed by the author. Octavo. (First and final text leaves lightly browned.) Original green boards, spine lettered in gilt (spine slightly rolled, stain on upper board); original dust-jacket supplied from another copy (small nicks and creases to edges, spine sunned, faintly rubbed).

The Hound of Death and Other Stories. London: Odhams Press Limited, 1933.
First edition. Octavo. (Spotted.) Original burgundy cloth, spine lettered in gilt (spine faded and lettering oxidised); original pictorial dust-jacket supplied from another copy (a few creases and small nicks or chips).

Three Act Tragedy. London: The Crime Club, 1935.
First edition. Octavo. 2 leaves of ads at end (occasional spotting). Original orange cloth, spine and upper cover lettered in black (spine a little rolled, spine and part of covers faded, lacking the dust-jacket). Provenance: Charlotte ‘Carlo’ Fisher (1895-1976, secretary, amanuensis and close friend of Agatha Christie; posthumous book label on pastedown).

Witness for the Prosecution. A Play in Three Acts. London: Samuel French Limited, 1954.
First edition, pre-publication issue. Octavo. Two photographic plates (a few faint marks). Original printed wrappers, stating on the upper wrapper: ‘Not Published / This copy is supplied on loan for the use of professional companies and must be returned to’ (lightly creased); custom red morocco-backed box. Provenance: from the library of Christie’s literary agent Edmund Cork (without internal evidence).

First edition. Octavo. Original red boards, spine lettered in black (a few minor marks); original dust-jacket (light rubbing to lower panel).
