The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The ruby enameled bowl:
-There are two iron spots on the interior.
-There is wear to the foot rim.
-There is minor touch-up to the enamel.
-"73.57" "1986.951" have been inscribed on the base.

The famille rose bowl:
-There are a few nicks to the mouth rim.
-There is expected wear and flaking to the enamel.
-There is a minute nick to the foot rim.
-"1986.886" has been inscribed on the base.
