-The upper section of the vase has been broken into several pieces and restuck with associated restoration.
-There is a short vertical crack to the mouth rim with a faint associated hairline.
-There are areas of touch-up to the mouth rim.
-There are glaze lines.
-There are surface scratches.
-"00.1360" has been inscribed on the base.
